At Best Paella Pan, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If your order arrives broken or damaged, please contact us at comercial@zendeu.com within 7 days of delivery with the following details:

  • Photos of the damaged item(s)

Our Customer Service team will assist you during office hours.
 

SECTION 2 - RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Returns apply only to cookware products and must meet the following conditions:
✅ Items must be returned in their original packaging.
✅ Items must be unused, undamaged, and in resellable condition.
✅ All included instructions and accessories must be returned.

SECTION 3 - RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return or exchange, please email comercial@zendeu.com with your request. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.

1️⃣ Return Window: You have 30 days from the order date to return eligible items.
2️⃣ Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

3️⃣ Secure Packaging: Items must be well-packed with extra padding to prevent movement inside the box.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
