RETURNS POLICY
At Best Paella Pan, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If your order arrives broken or damaged, please contact us at comercial@zendeu.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item(s). Our Customer Service team will promptly assist you during office hours.
Return Eligibility
Returns apply only to cookware products and must meet the following conditions:
✅ Items must be returned in their original packaging.
✅ Items must be unused, undamaged, and in resellable condition.
✅ All included instructions and accessories must be returned.

Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at comercial@zendeu.com with your request. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.

Return Window: You have 30 days from the order date to return eligible items.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

A prepaid return shipping label will be emailed to you.

Secure Packaging: Items must be well-packed with extra padding to prevent movement inside the box. If an item is returned damaged or in unsellable condition, a refund or exchange will not be issued.

SHIPPING POLICY
We currently ship within the United States only. Orders typically arrive within 2 to 8 business days after they are shipped, depending on the destination and carrier. All orders are shipped from Texas via UPS and USPS.

Orders are processed and fulfilled within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).

High order volumes may cause slight shipping delays. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email or phone.

Shipping costs are based on carrier rates and packaging costs. Final shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

We offer free shipping on eligible orders within the U.S. (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands). Free shipping orders are shipped via USPS Parcel Select Ground or UPS Ground.
